Stayed with a group of four friends for four days and four nights. Lovely home with an incredible view and very comfortable accomodations. Pickup and drop off were taken care of, local phones provided, and the fridge was even lightly stocked when we got there. Any issues and Nan (very sweet hostess) was only a phone call away.

The house slept four of us very comfortably (could probaly sleep double that, particulary if you were traveling with couples). Refreshing pool (which you’ll need after walking up the hill to get to the home) overlooking a hilltop panorama of the island (could be one of the best views on the island).

Overall – highly recommend this lovely villa. It’s a great value, Nan and Ricki set up anything you need, and you’ll truly feel at home during your stay in beautiful Koh Tao.

My wife and I and a group of friends stayed at the villa for a week. The booking process was simple and hassle free. An was very responsive and informative over emails for all queries and questions.

Once we arrived at the house we were greeted by Nan, Da and Eddy who gave us a tour of the house and instructions on how to use the safe, wifi and other appliances. The house also requires a security deposit which is in very safe hands with Nan and they are always on hand to help with any problems you may have. For example, we were very hungry when we arrived and Da quickly went down the hill and picked us up some food and drinks which was a great start to a week of high quality service. The house was very clean on arrival and was regularly straightened up throughout the week.

The view of the house is, put simply, BREATHTAKING. The 180 degree views of the bay are stunning. To help you take in the view was a well maintained pool (Eddy does a great job) that was an absolute godsend on a hot day – and a great way to start your day!
The view and pool are met equally by a well finished 3 bedroom house with the option to sleep more in the loft upstairs. All of the bedrooms are all air conditioned, are a good size and the beds (western size – queen bed in two, king in the master) are very comfortable. Everyone slept very well throughout the week. There is also an outdoor hot water shower by the pool, a washing machine, clean drinking water, a well equipped kitchen (with a gas cook top), a flat screen tv with lots of channels and a great sound system for some tunes while having a drink out on the balcony or chilling in the pool.

Overall, we loved this house and the island. We cannot wait to go back there and spend more time exploring the island and the people. We especially look forward to spending more time with Nan, Richard, Da and Eddy – these guys know service and are more than happy to sit down and have a drink and tell some amazing stories (if you choose to).

I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit Koh Tao. Great job!!

We spent a wonderful Christmas at Yoyo villa. We were three families with young children. We loved it and we are going to rent again the villa this next Christmas. The children too had a wonderful time and still talk about yoyo villa. The owners even organized the villa to be best suited for young children (for eg. by putting barriers for children). You need a transport for the beach and restaurants, but it’s very easy to organize and the villa is so quite with such a beautiful view, that’s we also enjoyed spending some time there by the beautiful pool. Excellent vacations and a very good and helpful service when we were there.

We had an amazing time in Koh Tao. The villa was stunning with breathtaking views. We travelled with our children aged 16, 12 and 6 and we all had a fantastic time, snorkelling, swimming and travelling around the island on taxi boat. The Thai people were incredibly friendly and we would definitely return.

We spent 8 days at ‘yo yo’ house…..absolutely fantastic. Well designed house, great pool and deck. The view is really something special….amazing sunsets, wide open view of the ocean, and a a great look at nearby Koh Nang Yuan. Honestly, you could stay at the house all day and be content. The property manager, Nan, was great, offering help for tours, moped rentals, etc. Local cellphones provided during our stay were also quite nice. Should be noted that the house was on top of a very steep hill…less than 10 minutes to Sairee Beach on foot, but a concentrated effort back up. With taxis or moped, no problem. Along with the amazing view, the elevation provided relief from heat and bugs. Cool breezes on top, and no need for mosquito nets. Overall, truly a special place, highly recommend.

If we come to Koh Tao again this is our first option.

Yes it’s true what they say; the view is amazing. You have Koh Nang Yuan right in front of you, a picture often seen on photographs advertising Koh Tao.

We were 8 people and the villa was just perfect for us. Enough space and good beds to sleep in.

Everything went well during the vacation, we were taken great care of daily by Nan (the maid, very nice lady) and the Pontus (the owner) also called to ask if everything is well. Practical arrangements before the trip also went well.

This is definitely the villa I will choose to stay in when I come again to Koh Tao, it has met and surpassed our family’s expectations in every aspect. This property deserves nothing lower than Perfect for all of its ratings from me.
